Arka Technologies has a comprehensive range of metal fabric over foam products. The product is formed by placing a highly flexible nickel over copper plated polyester fabric over an open cell polyurethane foam core. This provides a very economical, non corrosive, highly effective, conductive pad. These can be fitted with PSA strip with liner when required.

Description

Arka Technologies stock a range of silver yarn knit-over foam gasketing products. These products consist of silver plated nylon yarn which is placed over a variety of foam cores. This provides an economical method of obtaining a non corrosive, highly conductive gasket which has the benefit of a very low closure force.

These gasketing products are available cut to length with fused end terminations.

Applications

Applications include electronic enclosures, card to cage grounding contacts, and are ideal for any low closure force application where the application does not require abrasive shearing or environmental seals.

These can be fitted with PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) strip with liner when required.
